Hey, I'm Slava.

I'm COO at Applica, a product and growth agency for mobile apps.

Before this, I co-founded Softcery with a friend in 2018. We were two developers who wanted to build a company where people actually enjoy working. Six years later, we'd grown it into a real business with a real team.

I started as a developer. Then became a project manager. Then a people manager. Then an operator running the whole thing. Each transition taught me something new about leadership, teams, and myself.

I write about the stuff I've learned along the way — mostly on LinkedIn. Not polished advice. More like honest reflections on what it takes to build things and lead people.
